Lee-Anne Giglio
COO
The daughter of Co-Founder and former President of Tempo Flexible Packaging, Joseph Giglio, Lee-Anne began her career at Tempo with a co-op position in 1996 where she would perform data entry, administration, and reception duties. After graduating from Wilfrid Laurier University with a BA in 2000, she served on Tempo’s sales team for the next 12 years. Thereafter, she worked as Tempo’s Vice President, Quality Assurance – looking after its QMS, Food Safety, and Health and Safety Programs from 2012 until January of 2021 when she became the Chief Operations Officer.
Leonardo Giglio
Optimist & CEO
Born into the flexible packaging industry, Leonardo (Len) Giglio is the son of Co-Founder and former President of Tempo Flexible Packaging, Joseph Giglio. Starting his career in 2007 as an Account Manager, his focus was on business development. Working on the road, he had the opportunity to observe many different manufacturing facilities from startups, to family businesses and larger CPG’s
In 2012, Len transitioned into a leadership role as Vice President Marketing. He oversaw and launched many award-winning products including a Silver in the 2015 PAC Canadian Leadership Awards for sustainability bringing the first Recycle Ready all PE Pouch to Market in Canada. As of 2021, Len has lead team Tempo as Optimist & Chief Executive Officer by pursuing a direction focused on social responsibility, entrepreneurial spirit, and sustainability.
